When will I receive my order?

For order's placed in Canada typical will receive packages within a business week or two at the latest for international orders can be excepted within two week three at the latest. Most order will be received with a couple days of order purchase 

What's the refund policy?

All SALES are final ,If wrong size is order product can be swapped out for different size Or  receive in store credit equal to order purchase 

Will I have to pay extra for tariffs?

Tax is induced in product pricing MORDERN SALVERY has also decreased prices to help combat tariff prices but once the package is shipped we have no control on fees that may occur from tariffs . This is only for international order, For order within Canada this will not apply 

Can I calibrate?

Yes in the near future we hope to calibrate with many designer and artist please contact the MODERN SLAVERY business email for inquires 

How am I able to contact You?

We have a business email that can be use for business inquires and or general customer service the mail box is 24/7 for a response can be expect with a couple of hours. On week days from Monday to Friday 

Is there a sizing chart?

Yes and will be including for each product to help find the best fit possible

Please be patient we are trying our best to make sure every customer is satisfied. We recommend re sending the email and typically can expect to get a response within a couple of hours   

When do drops happen?

Vault drops happen when we sell out on all designs in the vault after that typical with the same month we will have a new selection
